This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Newbie artist in love with pencils, paper, paint, canvas, wacom tablets, and my iPad. Most of my scribbling is random geometric doodles but I really like drawing human forms, landscapes, and still life stuff.

When I started drawing about a month ago it was to escape from the digital world that I'm stuck in at work. Now I'm hooked on drawing and painting on my iPad with an app called Procreate. It's pretty addictive and it's easy to get the iPad out for a quick sketch while I'm at work or just chillin' at home. I kinda feel like I'm cheating on my pencils and charcoal.
Hey why not, right? I like to see what people are up to and how they're getting on with art. Basically I just use my eye to figure out anatomy. I found a couple skeleton photos here on DA which help a bunch and I also have a couple videos on YouTube that talk about gesture drawing and anatomy. Good stuff is out there.
If you want more help and guidance in trying to pursue arts I suggest you move over to the ConceptArt Forums www.conceptart.org, the people are very helpful there and there is a section for sketchbooks where you dump incomplete drawings and practice sketches and people help guide you through. It will give you a lot more feedback compared to deviantart.
